I just took a break from work to go to google maps. I discovered that my house is 9.2 km from work on bike/running trails. This has made me quite happy as the bus normally gets me home at 5:05 (give or take) and running ~10k should get me home at 5:30.
Not only does this not impact my evenings too much, it may also eliminate the need to wake up at 5, which would be amazing!
I maybe attempting this on Friday, will keep you posted.
Also, this past weekend we had a Barmy Army Death Race team meeting - we are aiming to get out to Jasper NP a few times prior to the race to do some training on trails with hills!
Rocket - keep lifting those weights!
